amazing staffbig poolfantastic viewdisruptive paintinglate service
Staff were amazing. the big pool was a highlight and i especially enjoyed the fantastic view from my room. the bathtub was also a great amenity. It was perfect.
housekeeping was horrible . painting occurred in the corridor while guests were still in the room, disruptive. housekeeping wasn't done until late in the afternoon, around 6 pm.

rowdy tour boatsstark pool
I must admit, some things didn't quite hit the mark. the promised tranquility was often disrupted by rowdy tour boats near the beach... it's like they were having a party right outside my window. also, the concrete pool area was a bit of a letdown. I was expecting something more lush, but it felt rather stark.

the staff were pleasant and courteous, i have nothing to complain about that.
The hotel was noisy, it was hard to relax. the noise level continued until midnight ending up with a massive fire work. I did not ask to be a part of this, it was quite disturbing.
